At 5:00 a.m. we will begin our journey in our tourist transport, passing through some districts of Cusco city heading south.

Our first stop will be Rumi Punku, which was one of the main entrance points to Cusco during Inca times for all travelers coming from the Qollasuyo region.

After about one hour of travel, we will stop at the Combapata viewpoint, where you can enjoy beautiful landscapes and, most importantly, see the confluence of the Salcca River and the Vilcanota River, known as the sacred river of the Incas.

We will continue our journey to Yanaoca. The district of Yanaoca is one of the eight districts of the Canas province, Cusco region. Then we continue for another 30 minutes to reach the district of Q’ewe.

    Arrival

Here is located the last Inca bridge of Q’eswachaka, built with vegetable fiber and measuring 28.67 meters in length. After our first view of the Inca bridge, we will descend the steps leading to the site. There we will have time to explore and cross the Q’eswachaka Inca Bridge. After experiencing the adrenaline of crossing, our guide will explain the construction process and its cultural significance.

    Return
