  DAY 2Exploring The Peruvian Capital | Lima City Tour

  After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel, prepare to discover the fascinating contrasts of Lima, a city where pre-Columbian heritage, colonial history, and modern life blend in perfect harmony.

  Your journey begins at 9:00 a.m. with pickup from your hotel. We start in the bohemian district of Barranco, known for its colorful Republican-style houses, artistic atmosphere, and charming streets full of character. From there, we continue to modern Miraflores, where you will enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific coastline.

  In the afternoon, we visit the impressive Huaca Pucllana, a remarkable pre-Hispanic adobe pyramid dating back to the 4th century. We then head to the romantic Parque del Amor, home to the iconic “El Beso” sculpture and breathtaking ocean views. The tour continues through the elegant district of San Isidro, including a walk through the historic El Olivar Park, a peaceful green oasis in the heart of the city.

  Later, we explore Lima’s Historic Center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will admire the majestic Plaza Mayor, surrounded by the Cathedral, the Government Palace, and the Municipal Palace. The experience continues with a visit to the Convent of San Francisco, where you will discover its fascinating colonial architecture and mysterious catacombs.

  DAY 3Ballestas Islands (Paracas) & Huacachina Oasis

  Breakfast: Box lunch at the hotel | Start: Approx. 4:30 a.m.

  We begin this adventure with a scenic journey to the Paracas National Reserve. From there, we sail to the Ballestas Islands, known as the “Peruvian Galápagos” due to their rich marine biodiversity. During the two-hour boat ride, we will observe sea lions, penguins, pelicans, and other seabirds, as well as the famous geoglyph “The Candelabra.”

  Next, we visit a local winery for a tasting of Peruvian pisco and wines, where you will also have time to enjoy your lunch.

  In the afternoon, we continue to the Huacachina Oasis, where adrenaline-filled activities await, including sandboarding and dune buggy rides, followed by one of the most breathtaking sunsets you can experience in Peru.

  We depart back to Lima at approximately 5:30 p.m., arriving around 9:30 p.m.

  DAY 4Domestic Flight Lima – Juliaca – Sillustani – Puno

  Breakfast: At the hotel | Start: Approx. 8:00 a.m.

  Depending on your flight schedule, you will be picked up from your hotel in Lima and transferred to the airport for your flight to the city of Juliaca. Upon arrival, we continue by bus for approximately 50 minutes towards the city of Puno, enjoying the beautiful highland scenery along the way.

  Once at Sillustani, one of the largest necropolises in the world, we begin a guided visit of the archaeological site.

  During the tour of the Sillustani complex, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and the peaceful waters of Lake Umayo.

  The guide will explain the history of the chullpas, massive funerary towers built by the Colla culture and later refined by the Incas. Many of these chullpas exceed 12 meters in height, and their design remarkably defies gravity and balance.

  These are unique structures in the Americas, sharing some architectural similarities with the Temple of Koricancha in Cusco.

  We conclude the visit with the return to Puno, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.

  DAY 5Uros Floating Islands and Taquile Island

  Breakfast: At the hotel | Start: Approx. 7:00 a.m.

  After breakfast at the hotel, we begin the excursion with a transfer to the pier to board the boat bound for the Uros Floating Islands, located within the Lake Titicaca National Reserve. There, we will learn about their ancestral way of life, based on fishing, hunting, and traditional handicrafts made from totora reeds.

  After a brief visit, we continue to Taquile Island, where the local community still preserves Inca traditions such as the Sirvinacuy and rituals dedicated to Pachamama. Taquile is especially known for its textile art, traditionally woven mainly by men from a very young age.

  We enjoy a typical Andean lunch with views of Lake Titicaca, followed by free time to explore the handicraft center and take photographs. We conclude the day by boarding the boat back to Puno, closing a unique cultural experience in the heart of Lake Titicaca.

  DAY 6Sun Route Puno – Cusco (Train or Bus)

  Sun Route by Train:

  The journey aboard the PeruRail Titicaca Train begins at 07:00 a.m. at Puno station, departing at 07:30 towards Cusco. At 08:30 a.m., a welcome hot beverage and breakfast are served. Mid-morning, passengers enjoy free time in the observation car to admire the Andean landscapes accompanied by live music.

  At 13:00, a three-course gourmet lunch is served, prepared with local ingredients and special pairings. At 15:00, the train stops at La Raya (4,313 m.a.s.l.) for photos and a visit to a local artisan fair. At 16:00, afternoon tea is offered with traditional snacks and desserts.

  Later, at 17:30, passengers enjoy an Andean music performance and cultural storytelling about Lake Titicaca and local traditions. This journey offers a unique experience combining gastronomy, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. Arrival in Cusco is at 18:20, marking the end of an unforgettable day.

  Sun Route by Bus:

  After breakfast, we depart towards Cusco crossing the Collao plateau. Our first stop is Pucará, famous for its Lithic Museum and traditional ceramic bulls.

  We continue to La Raya, the highest point of the journey, where you can admire the snow-capped Chimboya Mountain. Afterwards, we enjoy a buffet lunch at a rural restaurant featuring regional cuisine.

  Next, we visit Raqchi, home to the Temple of Wiracocha, an impressive Inca structure made of stone foundations and adobe walls. Later, in Andahuaylillas, we admire the Church of San Pedro, known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Americas” for its beautiful murals and decorations.

  Finally, we arrive in Cusco, concluding a journey full of history, landscapes, and living culture.

  DAY 7Sacred Valley of the Incas – Aguas Calientes

  We begin the tour in the town of Pisac, known for its traditional market and for its Sunday Quechua mass. Then, we visit the Pisac archaeological complex, famous for its impressive agricultural terraces. We continue along a scenic route crossing Ccoya, Lamay, and Calca. In Urubamba, we enjoy a buffet lunch featuring traditional Andean dishes.

  In the afternoon, we arrive in Ollantaytambo, a living Inca town where we explore its impressive archaeological site. This place was of great military, agricultural, and religious importance. Walking through its streets feels like stepping back into the time of the Tahuantinsuyo. Finally, we take the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes (a panoramic journey of 1 hour and 45 minutes), where we will spend the night to prepare for the visit to Machu Picchu the following day.

  DAY 8Machu Picchu Sanctuary – Cusco

  Breakfast: At the hotel Start Time: Approx. 6:00 a.m.

  This is the most anticipated day of the journey. We will take the first bus to the Machu Picchu Citadel, with an approximate travel time of 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we begin a guided tour of this Wonder of the World, exploring its fascinating history, impressive architecture, and breathtaking natural surroundings.

  After the guided visit, you will have free time to explore on your own or choose an optional hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain for an additional cost of USD 65.00, where you can enjoy unforgettable panoramic views.

  Once the guided tour of Machu Picchu is completed, we will return to Aguas Calientes to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor the traditional cuisine of the region as part of this complete Machu Picchu travel experience.

  Afterward, we will meet again in Aguas Calientes to board the panoramic Observatory Train back to Ollantaytambo, followed by comfortable transportation to the city of Cusco.

  DAY 9Rainbow Mountain by ATV + Dinner Show**

  Breakfast: On the way Start Time: Approx. 4:30 a.m.

  We begin with hotel pick-up for a 2-hour drive to Cusipata, where we will enjoy breakfast and a short rest. Afterward, we continue for approximately one more hour to the starting point.

  Upon arrival, you will have free time to receive instructions and practice riding the ATVs before starting the ascent to Rainbow Mountain. The ATV ride lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes, surrounded by stunning Andean landscapes, llamas, alpacas, and breathtaking views of Apu Sarinini and the majestic Ausangate Mountain. According to Inca mythology, this mountain radiates masculine energy that fertilizes Pachamama (Mother Earth).

  Once at the summit, you will have time to admire the scenery, rest, and take memorable photographs. After the guide’s explanation, we will return to the starting point by ATV and then board our transportation back to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch before beginning the return journey to Cusco, arriving at approximately 4:30 p.m.
