At the coordinated time, we will pick you up from the hotel.
Then we will transfer you to the bus station to go up to the Machu Picchu Archaeological Sanctuary. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we will begin a guided tour of one of the New 7 Wonders of the World: Machu Picchu.
Our guide will explain the history and architecture of the citadel. You will be amazed by the Inca buildings and the natural surroundings of Machu Picchu. After the guided tour, we will begin the hike to Huayna Picchu Mountain, which takes about 1.5 hours. The effort is worth it—you will truly feel like you are in the clouds.
The view is breathtaking, and the experience is unforgettable. Enjoy and recharge your energy.
We will return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time in the afternoon for lunch.
Later, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.
