Day 2: Lima Colonial and Modern City Tour – UNESCO World Heritage Site

After breakfast, we begin our comprehensive Lima city tour, visiting the area’s main attractions:
MODERN LIMA: We start in Miraflores with a panoramic view of Huaca Pucllana, a pre-Inca ceremonial center dating back to the 4th century. We visit the romantic Love Park (Parque del Amor) along the cliffside malecón, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, followed by the elegant San Isidro district and its historic olive grove, the Olivar de San Isidro.

Departure to the Colca Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the world. Early morning departure, traveling through:
- Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve
- Vicuñas in Pampa Cañahuas
- Volcano viewpoint at Patapampa (15,748 ft / 4,800 m above sea level), with stunning views of the Chachani, Misti, and Pichu Pichu volcanoes

Day 5: Cruz del Cóndor – Condor Flight – Travel to Puno
The Majestic Flight of the Andean Condors
Early morning departure to the Cruz del Cóndor, the best viewpoint to witness the flight of the Andean condors. These majestic birds take advantage of the morning thermal currents to soar in a breathtaking, almost ceremonial flight above the canyon.
Visit to the traditional villages of the Colca Valley:
- Pinchollo, Maca, Achoma, and Yanque: colonial architecture and ancestral traditions

Day 6: Lake Titicaca – Floating Uros Islands and Taquile Island

Day 8: Cusco City Tour

The Cusco City Tour will reveal the impressive colonial city built upon ancient Inca foundations. We will visit:

Day 9: Sacred Valley of the Incas – Pisac and Ollantaytambo

First Stop: Pisac
On our way, we arrive first at the Pisac Archaeological Park. We’ll begin by exploring the charming colonial town, a product of cultural mestizaje, and then ascend to the impressive Pisac Archaeological Site. Here, we’ll admire the spectacular agricultural terraces and the extraordinary Inca stonework seamlessly integrated into the mountainous landscape.
Visit to Traditional Villages
We continue our journey through the picturesque towns of Ccoya, Lamay, Calca, and Urubamba, each with its own unique character and local traditions.

Second Stop: Ollantaytambo
In the afternoon, we’ll take a guided tour of the Ollantaytambo Archaeological Site, an impressive Inca fortress strategically built to monitor and protect the valley from potential invasions by Amazonian tribes. Final Stop: Chinchero

Day 10: Train to Machu Picchu

Transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo to begin our unforgettable journey to the legendary Machu Picchu Citadel.
Enjoy a scenic 1 hour and 45-minute train ride through breathtaking landscapes of the Sacred Valley, arriving in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo). There, a representative from our travel agency will be waiting to greet you. You’ll then be transferred to the bus station for the short uphill ride that winds through the mountain to the mythical “Lost City of the Incas” – Machu Picchu, the majestic archaeological site rediscovered in 1911 by American explorer Hiram Bingham.

Day 11: Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca)
On this tour, we will visit one of the most stunning natural attractions near the city of Cusco — the Rainbow Mountain (Montaña de 7 Colores).
We’ll begin with hotel pickup between 4:00 and 4:30 AM, followed by a 2-hour drive south to the district of Cusipata, where we’ll enjoy a light breakfast and a short rest.
We’ll then continue for another hour by vehicle to the trailhead, where our hike to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) begins. The trek covers approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) each way.
The uphill walk will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes at high altitude. Along the way, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Andean landscape and have the chance to see native flora and fauna, including llamas and alpacas. You’ll also see majestic peaks such as Apu Sarinini and Apu Ausangate, the highest mountain in the Cusco region, standing at 6,372 meters (20,904 feet) above sea level.
Upon reaching the summit of Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), you’ll have plenty of time to take in the incredible views and capture unforgettable photos of the mountain’s vibrant, multicolored mineral strata.
After a brief explanation from your professional guide, we’ll begin the descent back along the same trail to the starting point, where our transport will be waiting to take us to a restaurant in Cusipata for a buffet lunch.
After lunch, we’ll begin the return journey to Cusco, arriving around 4:30 PM, concluding this unforgettable high-altitude adventure.

Santa Catalina Monastery
The Monastery of Santa Catalina de Siena, or also known as the Convent of Santa Catalina, is a religious tourist complex located in the historic center of Arequipa.
