Our heated mittens provide fast and convenient relief for chronic hand pain caused by OA and RA, muscle stiffness, carpal tunnel syndrome, spasms, or nerve pain, using heat therapy. Made using comfortable, warm, yet durable and easily washable materials, our heated mittens are included with two lavender-scented heating pads, which help hold in heat around your hand and finger joints. Each pair is universally made to fit most hands and is very easy to use.

How to use the Heat Therapy Gloves
Our Heated Mittens are designed for an easy, convenient, and medication-free way to relieve common symptoms.
To deliver natural moist heat consistently, simply place the removable filler packs in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at the lowest setting. Remove once warmed and place carefully back inside the slots provided for by the mittens.
Slip your hands inside the mittens to enjoy soothing, consistent warmth.
Application Time
Give your hands ample time to absorb the heat from the heated mittens to maximize its effect on your affected muscles and joint tissues. Minor to moderate pain in joints that are closer to the skin’s surface may only require 10-15 minutes of heat therapy. Deeper or more intense injuries may need longer sessions.
Please note that heat therapy should be warm, not hot. Heat therapy from the mittens should never be painful or cause the skin to burn.
Washing Instructions
We recommend to hand wash the mittens with warm soapy water and lay flat or hang to drip dry.
DO NOT machine wash the product. Please also DO NOT wash the flaxseed filler packs.
