!important\">\n<p><strong>Fortaleza de Kuelap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma estrutura colossal contendo milh\u00f5es de p\u00e9s c\u00fabicos de pedra, presume-se que tenha levado 200 anos a ser constru\u00edda. Est\u00e1 localizado entre os rios Mara\u00f1on e Utcubamba. A fortaleza de Kuelap est\u00e1 situada a 9,843 p\u00e9s acima do n\u00edvel do mar, pelo que pode ser alcan\u00e7ada a cavalo ou por uma caminhada de tr\u00eas a quatro horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O grupo principal de edif\u00edcios \u00e9 circular com um corredor de acesso principal, dentro das paredes maci\u00e7as existem mais de 400 edif\u00edcios no total, alguns dos quais s\u00e3o pequenas casas de pedra redondas, as maiores das quais t\u00eam at\u00e9 1,969 p\u00e9s de comprimento e 66 p\u00e9s de altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cascata de Gocta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Cascata Gocta, localizada a cerca de 2 horas de Chachapoyas, foi descoberta em 2002 por uma expedi\u00e7\u00e3o liderada por Stefan Ziemendorf, um engenheiro alem\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gocta \u00e9 a terceira maior queda de \u00e1gua do mundo, se considerarmos as suas duas fases de quedas juntas. A vista da paisagem \u00e9 espectacular e a caminhada de 3 horas at\u00e9 ao centro da cascata vale bem a pena.&nbsp; A cascata Gocta nasce junto ao rio Cocahuayco caindo sobre um penhasco \u00edngreme de um planalto alto e cai durante os primeiros mil metros para um grande parapeito que interrompe a torrente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os sarc\u00f3fagos de Karaj\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descobertos em 1985, os t\u00famulos em forma humana s\u00e3o uma tradi\u00e7\u00e3o funer\u00e1ria, com uma altura de 2,50 metros. As suas cabe\u00e7as s\u00e3o decoradas com caveiras, enquanto os seus rostos s\u00e3o largos e planos.&nbsp; Encontram-se em altas fendas, a 2.400 metros de face de rocha vertical, em locais de dif\u00edcil acesso, tais como grutas de penhascos e encostas \u00edngremes. O objectivo era que os sarc\u00f3fagos nunca fossem visitados e que os corpos mumificados pudessem descansar em paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quiocta Cavern<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As cavernas de Quiocta, \u00e9 uma atrac\u00e7\u00e3o localizada no departamento do Amazonas, esta maravilha natural tem uma dist\u00e2ncia aproximada de 540 metros. No in\u00edcio da caverna podem-se observar pinturas rupestres, bem como restos de animais e de seres humanos. Isto deve-se ao facto de Quiota ter sido tamb\u00e9m um local onde a cultura Chachapoyas realizou os seus enterros, que foram acompanhados por sacrif\u00edcios de animais e pela apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de ofertas em cer\u00e2mica fina.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na caverna de Quiota h\u00e1 impressionantes forma\u00e7\u00f5es rochosas de estalagmites e estalactites. Na caverna podem encontrar-se 7 salas destas forma\u00e7\u00f5es entre elas: O Fara\u00f3, O Lanzon, A M\u00famia, O anjo que aprecia o nascimento, O cacique que olha para a princesa, entre muitas mais. O nome prov\u00e9m da semelhan\u00e7a com estes caracteres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Lagoa dos Condores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m conhecida como &#8220;a lagoa das m\u00famias&#8221; porque em 1997, foi descoberto um s\u00edtio arqueol\u00f3gico \u00e0 sua volta.
